Andersen & Maillard

Andersen & Maillard started in Copenhagen in 2018 as a combined specialty coffee roastery, café, and bakery, and has since grown to multiple locations around the city. Housed in repurposed spaces like a former bank on Nørrebrogade, the bright, contemporary interiors blend coffee roasting with artisan baking and create a relaxed, neighborhood feel where pastries and espresso are both central to the experience.
